• Registration includes all travel, tickets and entry fees.
• Gifts and souvenirs are the responsibility of the student.
• There is a maximum of 14 participants* to fill each session.
• Campers will need to bring a sack lunch each day as we will be on the move to get the next venue!

*A minimum of 10 students will be required for that session to run. If registration falls below this, you will be contacted for alternative session dates or a refund.
Refund & Cancellation Policy:
• Full refund if canceled on or before May 15th, 2024
• 50% refund if canceled after May 15th and before 7 days of the registered session date. Ex: if you registered for the session starting on June 19th, you must cancel by June 11th to receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations within the 7 days before the start date of the registered session are non-refundable.

It doesn't matter where you live or what school your camper attends! All that matters is that you choose a convenient location to pick-up and drop-off your student every day.
Recognition & Assumption of Risk Agreement:
I, the undersigned parent or guardian of the child being registered, authorize said child’s full participation in Coach B’s Summer Science Caravan. It is my understanding that participation in the activities that make up Coach B’s Summer Science Caravan is not without some inherent risk of injury. As such, in consideration of my child’s participation in the activities in Coach B’s Summer Science Caravan, I hereby release ,waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the program, Coach B’s Summer Science Caravan , their officers of employees from any and all liability, claims, demands, action, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, Corona Virus, including death, that may be sustained by my child, whether caused by the negligence of the releases, or otherwise while participating in such activity, or while in, or upon the premises where the activity is conducted. I also give permission for any emergency medical care that may be required and accept responsibility for the cost.
I agree to follow instructions and procedures in order to provide a safe environment. I also understand I may be dismissed from Coach B’s Summer Science Caravan without refund to my parents due to continued misbehavior.
